While End Users can upload brand assets and media, a Super Admin, Super Editor, Group Manager, or Group Editor will need to assign new media to a specific category in the Asset library and save its setting to approve it for use. End Users who have this permission will not be able to see the newly uploaded media into the Asset Library until the image has been approved for use.
