Create Styles

Access: Super Admins, Super Editors, Group Manager and Group Editor have access to the “My Library” link in the upper right navigation and can add, remove, and edit fonts, assets and master styles to the account. End Users will not have access to the “My Library” link in the upper right navigation and cannot add, remove, and edit fonts, assets and master styles to the account.

Styles are used to create consistent text properties for commonly used text elements such as Brochure Title, Brochure Body Copy, Poster Headline, Photo Caption, etc. The Style defines the font, font size and color, alignment, and other properties of text boxes. You can add as many Styles as you want to your account. To create a Style, click on “My Library” in the upper right navigation. Click “Styles” on the left side of the screen.” Click “+ Create New Style.” A “Create New Style” popup box will appear.

Enter the name of the new style, select the font and other format settings, as applicable. Click “Save New Style.”

The new style will now appear in the “Select Existing Style” drop-down menu.

Edit Existing Styles

Access: Super Admins, Super Editors, Group Manager and Group Editor have access to the “My Library” link in the upper right navigation and can add, remove, and edit fonts, assets and master styles to the account. End Users will not have access to the “My Library” link in the upper right navigation and cannot add, remove, and edit fonts, assets and master styles to the account.

Click on “My Library” in the upper right navigation. Click “Styles” on the left side of the screen.”

In the “Select Existing Style” drop-down menu, find and select the style that you would like to edit. The style elements will appear for the chosen style.

Modify the elements as necessary and click “Edit Existing Style” to save changes.

Delete Existing Styles

Access: Super Admins, Super Editors, Group Manager and Group Editor have access to the “My Library” link in the upper right navigation and can add, remove, and edit fonts, assets and master styles to the account. End Users will not have access to the “My Library” link in the upper right navigation and cannot add, remove, and edit fonts, assets and master styles to the account.

Click on “My Library” in the upper right navigation. Click “+ Create New Style.” A “Create New Style” popup box will appear.

In the “Select Existing Style” drop-down menu, find and select the style to remove. The style elements will appear. Click “Delete Style.” A popup box appears confirming that you want to delete the style. Click “OK.”
