Account administrators are responsible for licensing of imagery, graphics, photography and logos. Brand Sprokits is not responsible for the licensing of imagery, graphics, photography and logos.

Upload Assets

Access: Super Admins, Super Editors, Group Manager and Group Editor have access to the “My Library” link in the upper right navigation and can add, remove, and edit fonts, assets and master styles to the account. End Users will not have access to the “My Library” link in the upper right navigation and cannot add, remove, and edit fonts, assets and master styles to the account.

From My Library: To add assets such as photographs, logos, illustrations, graphics, and backgrounds to your account, click “My Library” in the upper right navigation. Click “Assets” on the left side of the screen.” Click “+ Upload New Asset” button.

A popup box will appear with guidelines on files you are able to upload. All uploaded media files must be in either jpeg or png format, and should be 300 dpi or greater in resolution.

Click “Browse” and find the file(s) on your computer that you would like to upload. Multiple files can be uploaded at one time by holding down the Shift button on your keyboard and click-to-highlight multiple files. Click the “Open” button on the window. Lower resolution files will negatively impact the quality of the output. The newer files will appear at the bottom of the existing images list or in the “Uncategorized” category along the left side.

From the Template/Project Editor: End Users with given permission can upload media to the account through the Project Editor.

Open the Asset Library and click on ”Upload Media” button. “Browse” and find the file(s) on your computer that you would like to upload.

If you are an End User with the ability to upload media, once you upload the media, the image will not be seen in the “My Library” “Assets” page until the image is approved and categorized by a Super or Group level user.

Edit an Existing Asset

Access: Super Admins, Super Editors, Group Manager and Group Editor have access to the “My Library” link in the upper right navigation and can add, remove, and edit fonts, assets and master styles to the account.

End Users will not have access to the “My Library” link in the upper right navigation and cannot add, remove, and edit fonts, assets and master styles to the account.

To modify the asset’s name, size, media type, category, and groups., click “My Library” in the upper right navigation. Click “Assets” on the left side of the screen.”

Locate the asset(s) and click the checkbox above the asset(s). Click “Edit Selected Asset(s)” at the bottom of the asset list. The Asset Properties page will appear. Change the images name, size, media type, asset category, and group.

Click the “Save Asset Settings.” When saved, you will be directed back to the All Assets list.

Export Assets

End Users will not have access to the “My Library” link in the upper right navigation and cannot add, remove, and edit fonts, assets and master styles to the account.

To export an asset from Brand Sprokit, click the “My Library” link in the upper right of any page. A page of assets will appear. Click the check box of the assets desired, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Edit Selected Asset(s)” button. A page of the desired images with their respective properties will appear. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the “Export Asset(s)” button.

The image files will download to your browser as a .zip file. Find the .zip file, open and unzip the content of the files.
