Users will be alerted when: a project is submitted for approval a project has been approved an asset is submitted for approval and categorization an asset has been approved and categorized an admin user adds them to Brand Sprokit a project deadline is approaching More improvements and user prompted upgrades are underway.

In the past, there were two types of users – Admin Users and End Users. Brand Sprokit 2.1 now includes several new user categories: Super Admins, Super Editors, Group Managers, Group Editors, and End Users. The new Group Manager and Group Editor categories will provide you with intermediary levels of account control so that the central marketing unit can delegate some of the developmental work to department-based staff.With the new user categories, units and divisions that support their own marketing teams can create and approve their own unit-specific templates and can upload their own branding assets with top-level oversight from the central team. We have heard time and time again from trial account users and current account holders that Brand Sprokit is an extremely intuitive tool to use. While easy to use, many struggle with the planned use of Brand Sprokit. Here are some easy tips for planning ahead and getting the needed templates out to those who need them quickly. Shortly after creating your company’s Brand Sprokit account, go to the top one or two departments that typically need the most branded design materials and help them plan ahead for the templates they will need for the coming year. For example, the alumni relations unit will need business cards, stationary, a thank you notes, and event posters. Setup a “Group or Subgroup” for each department and end-user accounts for each colleague in the one or two departments mentioned above. Brand Sprokit v2.0 with highly requested new features! Here are the new features that you, the user, have requested to make Brand Sprokit 2.0 more effective than ever: New grid lines in the Template and Project editor pages to help graphic designers and end-users with text and image placement. Click on the “Show Gridlines” toggle button at the top of the Template and Project editor pages to turn on or off the gridlines. All gridlines as well as fold and bleed marks have been removed from all PDF output files. Users no longer have to hide bleed and fold marks from the layered PDF output file. User-friendly tool for photo cropping in the Template editor pages.
